Q:DO YOU USE A DIGITAL CAMERA?
A: Yes we have made the switch to digital. Professional quality digital Single Lens Reflex (SLR)cameras offer the crisp color and fine resolution that we demand in our photos. These cameras have the ability to reproduce some colors that were difficult, if not impossible, to replicate on film. Our contacts in the camera industry keep us informed whenever a new technology becomes available, and we will test it to see if it is really up to snuff!
Q: ARE YOUR PHOTOS PRINTED BY A CONVENTIONAL PHOTO LAB?
A: Yes, they are. Michael has a degree in photofinishing, and he well understands the quality and consistency of photos printed through a conventional process. Both Michael and Barb have toured the lab site, and feel certain they have the latest, fastest, and best quality equipment to produce the finest quality photos. Print sizes 11" x 14" and larger are printed on the latest professional-quality ink-jet printer, which produces spectacular results!
Q: HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS ONCE THE ORDER IS PLACED?
A: Our normal turn around time is 3 weeks. We can do rush jobs if absolutely necessary, but we prefer giving our photo lab plenty of time so they will not make any mistakes.
