Items mistakenly orderd cannot be returned for credit or refund, so please make sure you are ordering the correct photos and sizes of those photos. Discounts will not be provided on re-orders to replace photos ordered previously in the wrong size, or photos ordered mistakenly.

Liability: Except as outlined in our web site privacy statement, our liability for the purchases made through this web site is limited to replacement of  the photographs at no charge if we are at fault for the quality or type of photograph provided to you in exchange for your payment. Customers are epected to pay the sales use tax required by their state in the manner the state expects. Sales Tax is not collected by Michael A. Handling and Shipping: Unfortunately, our volume doesn't allow for free shiping except for orders above $200.00, though even that is provided at an expense to us. ALL orders, including the FREE SHIPPING orders, are subject to a 2.9% handling fee which accounts for our costs associated with PayPal as our shopping cart vendor. All other shipping costs are at a 5% rate of total shipping. As an example: If an order is $199, there is a 2.9% plus 5% shipping charge, or $15.72 added to your total order; an order of $200 would pay$5.80.
